Premodern Cube Primer

This is a short introduction to the Premodern Cube by Janik von Rotz.

As the name implies the card pool that was used to build this Cube is Premodern. The Cube consists of 360 selected cards across 13 sets. Buying these sets did in fact cost a lot of money. Lets not talk about it 😉

What to expect

How to play

You play this Cube as you would play any other Cube.

How to draft	What to draft
Before the draft starts: - Choose how you wanna draft - Plan on how much time the draft should take - Setup a prize for the winner During the draft: - Use an app to generate the player pairings and run the tournament - Make it a Swiss style best of three - Set a time limit for the games Cleanup step or after the draft: - Make a staple of cards that you did not like or felt unfitting - Separate land and non-land cards - Shuffle the card piles - Create staples with 2 lands each - Add 13 random cards from non-land pack - Put the cards back into the shell If you are 2 players you can play a Winston draft:	The Cube offers various play styles. Here are some suggestions: : Red deck wins : Reanimate the girls : I hate creatures : Your life is my life : Discard your hand : I hate magic : Simic?
