This was my first Typo3 project, without any experience I had to create a website for tax departement of the state Nidwalden.

Time

February 2011 - September 2011

Requirements

The task was simple:

Create a website based on a predefined design
Fill in content

Tasks

Within the project I’ve seperated this job in different task:

Implement the design with Typo3
Cleanup and make corrections to the design
Fill in content
Set up the webserver
Configure DNS and proxy servers

I’ve used the following Typo3 extension for this project:

Website Seminars ILZ

The astonishing and powerful Typo3 extension ‘seminars’ provides everything you’ll need to offer courses. However it’s very difficult and complex to configure this extension.

This project was a chance to deal with this extension. The goal was simple, provide an online Tool to proceed and manage courses.

August 2011 - November 2011

Requirements

The only requirement of this project was simply to use the seminars extension.

Tasks

My tasks where:

Create a design
Implement this design into Typo3
Configure the seminars extension
Connect the user authentication provider with the Active Directory via LDAP
Configure the web and proxy server
Add a signed SSL certificate

My Typo3 knowledge, that I’ve acquired in the recent projects, has been proven and extended with this personal website projects. Trying to use the latest technologies and standards from webdesign I’ve built a new blogging website.
